My wife and I just returned from a cruisetour to Alaska from Jul 26 to Aug 7 and Tony Tascione was our travel adviser. And he hit a grand slam! We contacted Tony following a very high recommendation from a friend, and he didn't let us down. After talking on the phone to identify our desires, including the two cruise lines we were interested in, Tony sent us several itineraries from both of the lines, which included the ports we wanted to sail from and to, the ports of call we wanted to visit, and the time frame we were interested in. Once we decided on the cruise, he provided us information on excursions we were interested in while all along adding his thorough expertise. And expertise he has! We pretty much went along with everything Tony recommended, and we were very happy to have done so as soon as our trip got underway ... everything, everywhere was just as he had described it. As we planned the trip, we emailed him several questions, which he answered to our satisfaction on the same day or the next, offered additional information, and included things for us to think about in case we hadn't. One more time, Tony: Thank you so very much! You were right: We had a great trip and Alaska is beautiful. Please rest assured we'll pass your name on to family and friends and if the opportunity arises again, please rest assured you'll hear from us. Cruise Planners was first class. I'll never book another cruise unless it is through Cruise Planners. Tony took so much time with us - helping us pick that perfect cruise - perfect excursions - insurance and so much more. He booked us in a room with a balcony on the best side of the ship for viewing on our Alaska Cruise. There were so many details that I had not thought of but Tony and Cruise Planners did. Mr. Tascione was absolutely wonderful. This was our first time working with a travel agent and the experience couldn’t have been better. Patient, professional, knowledgeable and very very kind. There was not one question that went unanswered. Unfortunately, we realized it wasn’t the right time for us to book a vacation but he will be our first choice for a travel agent when we are ready. We had a great time.
We lucked out with the weather and Mt. Denali was fully visible for the first time in three weeks.
We also saw lots of whales on our whaling excursion.
The staff on the ship and and all the hotels were superb.
We were very pleased with the trip.

I have the best cruise planner, Tony!! We turned Lemons into Lemonade today. Stinks to move out our cruise another year, but we saved an additional $747!! ???? We were so happy to meet Charlie and his family and join them on the Celebrity Edge cruise. We had a great time travelling with the group, and also booked a future cruise for more good times
